Fakey star Coloured Resins & Aluminium on Canvas 40 x 46cm
This picture is informed by and mimics the Radio wave scans that one sees in so many scientific journals. Usually these scans have as much to do with the instrumentation settings that are decided by technicians or with convention as they do with any perceived truth. In the same manner my pictures have a degree of self management as I build up then remove layers - there is a similar combination of control and accident - hence, fakey star
